About Dablew Tools
Dablew Tools makes free tools for keeping score. Most of them are for game night: score keepers and printable score sheets for card, dice, and tile games, each built around how that game is actually scored. There is also a small set of grading tools for teachers. Everything is built and maintained by Waleed.
How the tools are built
- The game's own scoring, done for you. A score keeper should know that a Yahtzee upper section of 63 earns a bonus, or that a Spades team that takes more tricks than it bid collects bags. Those rules are built in, so the totals are right without anyone doing arithmetic at the table.
- House rules are settings, not guesses. Many games are played differently from one table to the next. Where a common variant exists, it is an option you can switch, and the page says which rule it starts with.
- Your games stay on your device. Scores are saved in your browser so a game survives a refresh. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
- Free. No sign-up and no paywall. The site is supported by display ads.
Rules summaries
Each game page explains how that game is scored in plain language, written from scratch rather than copied from a rulebook. If your edition of a game scores something differently, the published rules for your edition win, and we would like to hear about it so the page can say so.
